Gazprom's investment program won't suffer even if oil falls below current levels to $30 a barrel, Andrei Kruglov, the Russian gas giant's CFO, said in an interview with the Rossiya 24 TV channel.
"We've reckoned the company's development program at $40 oil and even $30. And I want to assure you that the company will carry its investment plans out even at these prices. We're capable of fulfilling and carrying out that investment program for which we have budgeted even if oil costs $40, if it stays there throughout the year," he said.
Gazprom's investment program is currently 840 billion rubles.
"With Belarus, for example, settlements have been in rubles for a long time," Kruglov said.
