NBU expects $5 bln of extra funds for balance of payment from debt re-profiling in 2015, says NBU head
The restructuring of Ukraine's state debt will allow for improving the balance of the account of transactions with capital, and financial transactions of the balance of payment by $5 billion in 2015, Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) Valeriya Gontareva has said.
"We expect that some inflow will be seen after so-called transactions with the debt. They are called transactions with the debt, although it's hard to say if it is restructuring or re-profiling. Nevertheless, we expect that around $5 billion and more will be seen this year," she said at the 11th investment conference of Dragon Capital in Kyiv on Wednesday.
