Ukraine Cabinet submits budget amendments for 2015 to parliament
The Ukrainian Cabinet has submitted a bill to parliament that would adjust the state budget for 2015, leader of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction Yuriy Lutsenko told the press on Monday.
Lutsenko said that the parliament would do all it can to pass the bill before the end of February with all the necessary procedures observed.
"All of the parliamentary committees must convene, and the Budget Committee must make a relevant decision. We will do all we can to adjust the budget this month. But I don't think we should engage in guessing as to when the budgetary amendments for 2015 will be adopted," he said.
"We must work on the text now to produce a quality budget, differing from the previous one," the lawmaker said.
The bill was registered No.2147 on the Ukrainian parliament's website on Monday. No text was provided yet.
