Finance Ministry of Ukraine consultations with the holders of Ukraine's sovereign bonds will start after the Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund (IMD) approves the Extended Fund Facility (EFF) Arrangement.
"We're preparing for consultations, and as soon as the decision of the IMF Executive Board on the approval of the program is made we will at once start consultations with all holders of sovereign bonds," Finance Minister Natalia Yaresko said, during her trip to Kyiv region on February 13.
When asked if the negotiations on restructuring the Russian loan of $3 billion are being held, she said that negotiations will be held with all creditors.
