Ukrnafta asks court to remove Naftogaz representatives from oil auction committee, says MP
Public joint-stock company Ukrnafta has filed a claim with the district administrative court of Kyiv asking that four representatives of national joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy be removed from the auction committee on the sale of oil, gas condensate and liquefied natural gas of national origin.
The copy of the ruling on the opening of the case was published by Petro Poroshenko Bloc MP Serhiy Leschenko on his Facebook page.
"Managers of Kolomoisky in Ukrnafta [the company where 51% belongs to Naftogaz Ukrainy] filed a claim to court against… Naftogaz. Their goal is to remove representatives of Naftogaz from the oil auction committee. Try to understand this is absurd! What's the reason? All schemes of Kolomoisky to seize oil at prices beneficial for him since the moment of including Naftogaz's representatives in the auction committee," Leschenko said.
