The National Commission of Ukraine for Energy, Housing and Utilities Services Regulation (NCER) has cut the average tariff for thermal electricity generating companies by 4.3% for January 2015 compared to December 2014, from UAH 896.13 per MWh to UAH 857.32 per MWh (value added tax not included).
The decision is stipulated in commission resolution No. 168 of February 5, 2015 posted on its website.
The commission approved the tariffs for electricity sold to the wholesale electricity market for DTEK Skhidenergo LLC at UAH 930.34 per MWh (a rise of 0.3% on December 2014), for public joint-stock company Centrenergo at UAH 898.65 per MWh (a decline of 12.2%), for public joint-stock company Donbasenergo at UAH 853.53 per MWh (a fall of 9.4%), public joint-stock company Zakhidenergo at UAH 849.16 per MWh (a fall of 5%) and public joint-stock company DTEK Dniproenergo at UAH 755.81 per MWh (a decline of 1.8%).
