First deputy infrastructure minister: we trying to find investors for any asset
The Infrastructure Ministry is looking for investors in transportation and infrastructure projects, First Deputy Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Shulmeister said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
"We're trying to find investors for any asset, for example, we're looking for concessionaires for roads, as well as for ports," he said.
Shulmeister added that Ukraine has ports which could be interesting for investors.
"I don't say that only one investor should come and show his interest. This is the issue of studying the market and negotiating with several investors. There are large logistics companies, which are interested in entering long-term relations for certain sections of ports. We're discussing many forms of cooperation," he said.
