UIA will get special service conditions at Boryspil airport – Infrastructure Minister
Ukraine International Airlines (UIA, Kyiv), the largest airline in the country, will receive special service conditions at Boryspil International Airport, Ukrainian Minister of Infrastructure Andriy Pyvovarsky has said, in an interview with Novy Chas, without specifying what the special conditions would be.
"I set the task to Boryspil to settle in the legal field relations between the airport and the basic air carrier. UIA will receive special conditions of service at the airport. If someone else in Ukraine comes and carries 3-3.5 million passengers a year, they will obtain similar conditions. I support the idea that our passengers should fly at the lowest rates," he said.
UIA was founded in 1992. It is the largest Ukrainian airline. Its airport hub is Boryspil (Kyiv). The UIA fleet consists of 33 aircraft, mostly Boeing 737s.
