Deloitte will audit Naftogaz's fiscal reporting under IFRS for 2014-2015
Independent auditor Deloitte will audit the financial statements of Naftogaz Ukrainy in accordance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and accounting and taxation reports, the press service of the state holding has said.
According to its data, Deloitte will audit the financial statements of Naftogaz and its subsidiaries for 2014, quarterly and annual financial reports for 2015, as well as accounting and taxation reports.
The auditor was selected at an open tender. The cost of Deloitte's services is UAH 2.28 million. The term of the contract is until July 1, 2016.
Deloitte is the leading international company, which is among the four largest auditor firms in the world. It provides services in audit, taxation, risk management and advisory services on taxation and law, as well as other issues related to making business.
