Businessman Yaroslavsky sells stake in XXI Century developer
Businessman Oleksandr Yaroslavsky, whose assets are combined into DCH Holding, has sold his stake in XXI Century Investments (Cyprus), the holding company of XXI Century development group (Kyiv).
"I've sold XXI Century. Six months ago," Yaroslavsky told Interfax-Ukraine on the sidelines of the Ukrainian lunch organized by the Pinchuk Foundation at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
The businessman did not specify who bought his stake.
Yaroslavsky noted that as an investor he still considers Ukrainian assets as basic in terms of investment, not limited to some sectoral preferences, and will refrain from buying.
"I do not know whether the price is overstated or not, but it has not reached the desired figure for me," the businessman said.
Yaroslavsky, who founded one of Ukraine's largest banks UkrSibbank, subsequently sold it to France's BNP Paribas, and has previously planned to return to the financial sector, however he has specified that he considers such investment to be currently premature.
