Court rules illegal competition agency's decision to cancel tender to appraise Ukrzaliznytsia's assets

The administrative court of appeals of Kyiv on December 8, 2014 ruled that a decision of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine on the termination of a tender to appraise assets of Ukrzaliznytsia is illegal and rejected a counterclaim of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and Ukrbusinessconsulting private enterprise.

"Thus, the ruling of the district administrative court of Kyiv of October 29, upholding the committee's decision on the termination of the tender to appraise Ukrzaliznytsia's assets and obliges to reinstate the procurement procedure on the appraisal of the asset, is in force," the press service of Ukrzaliznytsia reported.

The press service said that Ukrzaliznytsia hopes that the administrative court of appeals of Kyiv dropped the curtain in the case.
