Ukrzaliznytsia supports private capital entering locomotive segment

The State Railway Administration of Ukraine (Ukrzaliznytsia) has said that private capital should be allowed into the locomotive segment, acting Director General of Ukrzaliznytsia Maksym Blank said at a meeting of a working group for transport and logistics of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine.

"If I present my opinion, the access of private capital to the locomotive segment should be given as soon as possible," he said.

Blank said that the issue is urgent from the point of view of capital.
