Ukraine's leadership committed to holding reforms – new economy minister
New Economy Development Minister of Ukraine Aivaras Abromavicius has said that there is a political will for holding reforms in Ukraine, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
"The president and the premier have stressed that there is a political will for reforms. The new government is ready to put them into life. We will act swiftly, openly, like they do in Europe," Abromavicius said at a briefing in the Verkhovna Rada after the new government was approved.
"It is a great honor for me to become Ukraine's citizen and to take the post of the economy minister," the minister said.
