Yatseniuk asks finance minister to again invite IMF mission to Ukraine for talks
Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has instructed Finance Minister Natalie Jaresko to invite the IMF mission to the country to resume talks on the allocation of another tranche.
"The law of Ukraine on the state budget will be tough and difficult, because our task in 2015 is to survive and form the basis for development and economic stability in 2016. I am asking Ukrainian Finance Minister Natalie [Jaresko] to invite a mission of the International Monetary Fund, because we formed a government and our foreign partners are ready for talks," he said, while opening a government meeting on Wednesday.
The IMF mission worked in Ukraine on November 11-26.
