Pivdenna, Pivdenno-Zakhidna and Lviv Railways repay bonds worth UAH 830 mln
Pivdenna, Pivdenno-Zakhidna and Lviv Railways have repaid bonds with a total nominal value of UAH 830 million on time, according to a press release from the IBI-Rating agency, which calculates the credit ratings of the securities.
As reported, the three state-owned enterprises in October 2011 issued three-year bonds: Pivdenna Railways issued B series bonds for UAH 330 million, Pivdenno-Zakhidna – C series bonds for UAH 300 million, and Lviv Railways – B series bonds worth UAH 200 million.
The interest rate for the entire period of their circulation was set at 14.5% per annum.
The underwriter of the issues is Sparta Capital, the co-underwriter – Ukrsotsbank (all based in Kyiv).
