Naftogaz files lawsuit against Gazprom over transit contract

Naftogaz Ukrainy has filed suit in Stockholm arbitration to revise its gas transit contract with Russian Gazprom and to seek compensation for the shortfall in transit volumes, Naftogaz Ukrainy business reform department chief Yuriy Vitrenko told journalists.

"Yesterday [October 13], we filed suit in Stockholm arbitration on the transit contract," he said.
