According to the document, the resolution takes effect from the day followed the day when it was published.
The measures are the same first introduced by cabinet resolution No. 764 of August 13, 2014.
As reported, the Cabinet of Ministers by decree No. 372 on August 13, 2014 approved the procedure of taking temporary emergency measures to overcome the effects of the prolonged disruption of the normal work of the electricity market and by order No. 764-r dated August 13, 2014 approved the need for such measures. At the same time, the two documents were posted on the government's portal on August 24.
The need for taking such measures appeared due to the fighting in Donbas, which entailed a decline in coal production and its transportation to power plants, which are the major consumers of coal products.
