Ukraine PM expects Stockholm court ruling in dispute with Gazprom in a year
Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk expects an arbitration court in Stockholm to issue its ruling in the gas dispute between Naftogaz Ukrainy and Russian gas giant Gazprom in a year.
"We expect that a final ruling may be issued by the court in about a year," he said at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York on Wednesday.
However, Ukraine may ask the Stockholm court to speed up these proceedings if the ongoing gas talks fail in their present format, Yatseniuk said.
