Naftogaz Ukrainy is not planning to pay its debt for gas until a "package agreement" is reached, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Yuriy Prodan told journalists.
"Until a package agreement is approved, in general, no," Prodan said as he headed for the next round of gas talks at European Commission offices in Brussels.
The day before, Gazprom said it would delay imposing advance payment requirements on Ukraine for one week, until June 16.
