NBU decreases official hryvnia exchange rate to new record of UAH 12.618/$1
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) on Thursday decreased the official hryvnia exchange rate from UAH 11.8784/$1 to UAH 12.6179/$1.
Market players told Interfax-Ukraine that the quotations on the interbank on Thursday as of 1400 came to UAH 12.6-13/$1, while in the morning the market started from UAH 12.05-12.25/$1.
The central bank did not enter the market as in the previous days.
The new official exchange rate of the hryvnia to the euro is UAH 17.4051/EUR1 and that for the Russian ruble – UAH 3.5296/RUR10.
