EU to issue macroeconomic aid two months after Ukraine's signing agreement with IMF - Yatseniuk
The first tranche of macroeconomic assistance from the European Union will be issued within two months of Ukraine's signing an agreement on cooperation with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk.
"Our European partners decided to issue EUR 1.6 billion. The first tranche could be issued within two months of the signing of [Ukraine's] agreement with the IMF," Yatseniuk said at a press conference in Kyiv.
