Ukraine to buy around 27-30 billion cubic meters of gas from Russia in 2014 - Prodan
Ukraine is planning to purchase around 27-30 billion cubic meters of natural gas from Russia in 2014, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Yuriy Prodan has said.
"We will purchase about 27-30 billion cubic meters," he said, when asked by reporters about the plans on the purchase of gas this year.
When asked whether Ukraine will pay a fine for buying less gas than contracted, Prodan said: "No."
