Ukraine has paid $120.25 million for five-year eurobonds issued in 2012, the Finance Ministry reported on its Web site.
The ministry said that the bonds were issued worth $2.6 billion with coupon of 9.25% per annum paid each six months.
According to the published national budget for 2014, repayments for the state debt will reach UAH 95.48 billion, which is UAH 15.64 billion, or 19.6% more than in the past year. External debt repayments will require UAH 36.27 billion, which is 4.5% lower than a year earlier.
The financing section of the Ukrainian national budget for 2014 foresees borrowing for the general fund of UAH 157.31 billion, which is UAH 370 million, or 0.2% higher than in 2013.
As reported, borrowing for the general fund of the national budget of Ukraine in 2013 amounted to UAH 156.94 billion, which is 52.4%, or UAH 53.94 billion more than in 2012.
