Ukraine to start talks with Russia on normalizing trade, economic relations in December, says Azarov

Ukraine intends to start negotiations with Russia on normalizing trade and economic relations in December, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said.

"Our main goal is to resume normal trade and economic relations with Russia. Starting in December, we plan to sit at the negotiating table and discuss topics regarding the restoration of our trade and economic relations and will discuss a road map for developing bilateral relations," Azarov told foreign journalists in Kyiv on Tuesday.
