Ukraine, Chevron sign PSA on Oleske field, says energy minister
Ukraine, Chevron Ukraine B.V. and Nadra Oleska Ltd. have signed a draft production sharing agreement (PSA) for hydrocarbon extraction on the Oleske field (Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions), Energy and Coal Industry Minister of Ukraine Eduard Stavytsky said.
The PSA was signed in Kyiv on Tuesday during a meeting of the council of national and foreign investors in the presence of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.
The document was signed by Stavytsky, Chevron's General Manager for Europe Derek Magness, and Board Head of NJSC Nadra Ukrainy Viktor Ponomarenko, who represented Nadra Oleska.
