Competition agency permits Postachagroprom to buy Kamianets-Podilsky Electron Plant
The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine permitted Postachagroprom LLC (Lisovody) to gain control over public joint-stock company Kamianets-Podilsky Electron Plant (Kamianets-Podilsky, both in Khmelnytsky region), the press service of the committee reported on Tuesday, October 29.
Interfax-Ukraine has no information about Postachagroprom's current owners.
In August 2011, a court ruled that Postachagroprom will act as investor as a part of the readjustment procedure at Kamianets-Podilsky Electron Plant. The readjustment procedure was prolonged several times and on September 18, 2013 the company acquired 99.94% in the plant for UAH 5,099,845 on the INNEX stock exchange.
Kamianets-Podilsky Electron Plant produces heat meters and products for medical institutions (beds, tables).
