President's address: Ukraine hopes Vilnius summit will produce practical results in issue of signing EU-Ukraine Association Agreement
Ukraine hopes that the Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius this November will bring produce practical results in the issue of signing the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement.
This is stated in the president's annual address to the Verkhovna Rada on the domestic and foreign situation in Ukraine in 2013, which was published on the Web site of the head of state on Thursday.
"We expect that the next summit of the Eastern Partnership initiative in Vilnius in the autumn of 2013 will produce significant practical results for the development of relations between Ukraine and the European Union, especially in the issue of signing the Association Agreement," reads the document.
