Centrenergo wants to raise credit lines worth UAH 150 m
Public joint-stock company Centrenergo, a power generating company, has announced a tender to attract three renewable credit lines worth UAH 150 million, reads a company report on the government procurement Web portal.
The report says that the funds will be raised for one year from the moment of the signing of the credit agreement.
Bids can be submitted by July 2, 2013.
The company did not disclose the purpose of raising the capital.
As reported, in 2012, Centrenergo under international financial reporting standards saw a 6.6 times rise in net profit compared with 2011, to UAH 233,537 million. Its net revenues rose by 26.2% or by UAH 1.883 billion, to UAH 9.063 billion. Its gross profit was up by 62%, to UAH 884.044 million.
Centrenergo operates the Vuhlehirska, Zmiyivska and Trypilska thermal power plants, which have a total installed capacity of 7.55 GW.
The Energy Company of Ukraine owns a 78.3% stake in the company.
