Brussels to host roundtable on upgrading Ukrainian GTS on May 3, says energy minister
Brussels to host a round table meeting on the modernization of the Ukrainian gas transportation system on May 3, Energy and Coal Industry Minister of Ukraine Eduard Stavytsky has said.
"A round table meeting will definitely take place in Brussels on May 3 and will be chaired by European Commissioner [for Energy Guenter] Oettinger and me," he said at a press conference in Kyiv on Wednesday.
He said that they sent their invitations to all the leading companies, including the Russian gas monopoly Gazprom, to discuss upgrading the Ukrainian gas transportation system and the construction of the Eastern European hub on the territory of Ukraine.
