Ukrzaliznytsia puts on 15 extra trains for Easter and May holidays
State Railways Administration Ukrzaliznytsia, to meet the increased demand for transportation during Easter and May holidays, has put on 15 additional trains that will make 74 trips.
According to the press service of Ukrzaliznytsia, the following trains were scheduled: train No. 210/209 Mykolaiv-Kyiv-Mykolaiv, No. 590/589 Odesa-Sevastopol-Odesa, No. 553/554 Kyiv-Ternopil-Kyiv, No. 238/237 Simferopol-Kyiv-Simferopol, No. 282/281 Simferopol-Kyiv-Simferopol, No. 502/501 Dnipropetrovsk-Simferopol-Dnipropetrovsk, No. 207/208 Kyiv-Uzhgorod-Kyiv, and No. 537/538 Kyiv-Uzhgorod-Kyiv.
In addition, the administration put on train No. 217/218 Kyiv-Ivano-Frankivsk-Kyiv, No. 269/270 Kyiv-Ivano-Frankivsk-Kyiv, No. 225/226 Kharkiv-Uzhgorod-Kharkiv, No. 519/520 Kharkiv-Simferopol-Kharkiv, No. 175/176 Kharkiv-Simferopol-Kharkiv, No. 192/191 Lviv-Kyiv-Lviv, and No. 569/570 Donetsk-Simferopol-Donetsk."
Ukrzaliznytsia also scheduled additional trains No. 148/147 Odesa-Kyiv-Odesa, No. 180/179 Odesa-Vinnytsia-Odesa, Odesa-Izmail-Odesa.
"At present the preliminary sale of tickets for most trains has been started. The sale of tickets for other trains will start according to the demand of passengers," reads a press release.
