Kyiv hippodrome has UAH 10.5 m land tax debt, says prosecutor's office
The Prosecutor's Office of Holosiyivsky district of Kyiv has appealed to District Administrative Court to recover from the municipal enterprise Kyiv hippodrome UAH 10.5 million of unpaid land tax.
The checks have established that the enterprise has more than 38 hectares of land in Kyiv in its use, the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of Holosiyivsky district of Kyiv reported. At the same time, according to the State Tax Inspectorate of Holosiyivsky district the enterprise hasn't paid taxes on the land since July 2011.
"As of today, the amount of the tax debt of Kyiv hippodrome is UAH 10.5 million. In their lawsuit the prosecutor's office demands to recover the tax debt and transfer it to the account of the Kyiv office of the State Treasury of Ukraine," the report reads.
