One of key co-owners of PrivatBank increases stake to 33.9117%
One of the key individual co-owners of PrivatBank (Dnipropetrovsk) as of March 18, 2013 increased their stake in the charter capital of the bank to 33.9117%, reads a report of the bank in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market.
According to the report, the stake of the second individual shareholder in the bank is 33.7991%, and Triantal Investments Ltd. (Cyprus) holds a 24.99% stake.
The bank told Interfax-Ukraine that Hennadiy Boholiubov increased his stake.
The largest shareholders in the bank as of early 2013 were Boholiubov (33.83%), Ihor Kolomoisky (33.77%) and Triantal Investments Ltd. (24.99%).
Ukrainian-based PrivatBank was founded in 1992. As of January 1, 2013, the bank is the largest bank among 175 operating Ukrainian banks in terms of overall assets (UAH 172.429 billion).
