Ukrainian president orders by Dec to launch pilot projects of cashless payment for electric transport tickets in 5 cities
Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has ordered by July 2013 to amend Ukrainian law, which will allow realizing pilot projects on the introduction of cashless payment for electric transport tickets.
The order is stipulated in a national action plan for 2013 on the introduction of the economic reform program for 2010-2014 entitled "Prosperous Society, Competitive Economy, and Effective State" approved by the president and posted on the Web site of the head of state.
Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, the Infrastructure Ministry, Finance Ministry and Social Policy Ministry are responsible for the implementation of the order.
The president ordered to implement the pilot projects in Lviv, Ternopil, Kremenchuk, Chernivtsi and Vinnytsia by December 2013.
