SPF to put Kyivpasservice up for sale again

The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) is intending in 2013 to put state enterprise Kyivpasservice, which consists of Kyiv bus station, five bus stations in Kyiv and 19 bus stations in Kyiv region, up for sale again.

This is stipulated in fund order No. 292 of March 12, 2013 on amending the list of V and G group objects that are subject to sale in 2013.

As reported, in 2010 the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine decided to privatize state enterprise Kyivpasservice, but the SPF with its order of January 31, 2011 cancelled the decision on the privatization of the company, without giving any reason.

In addition, it was reported that the company includes Kyiv bus station, Darnytsia bus station, Dachna bus station, Pivdenna bus station, and the stations of Podil and Polissia. In Kyiv region the bus stations of the enterprise are located in Bila Tserkva, Bohuslav, Boryspil, Dymer, Ivankiv, Kaharlyk, Makarove, Myronivka, Obukhiv, Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky, Rakytne, Skvyra, Stavysche, Tarasche, Teterev, Ukrainka, Fastiv, and Yahotyn.

The company in the first half of 2012 saw a net income of UAH 10.572 million and a net profit of UAH 223,000.
