Ukraine loses 4% of GDP from bad roads every year
Ukraine every year loses 4% of GDP from bad roads, Ukrainian Premier Mykola Azarov has said, opening a cabinet meeting on Wednesday.
"We need roads which will be exploited for dozens of years, not from one season to another," he said.
Azarov said that 170,000 kilometers of roads are to be overhauled in the country.
