Turkish Airlines plans to increase passenger flow in Ukraine by 40% in 2013
Turkish Airlines plans in 2013 to increase its passenger flow on the route between Turkey and Ukraine by 40% compared to 2012, to 700,000 people, reads a company press release issued at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine on Thursday.
According to the press release, in 2012 its passenger flow in Ukraine came to over 500,000 passengers.
In addition, in 2013, the company wants to start performing regular flights to Kharkiv and Ankara.
Turkish Airlines was founded in 1933. Its fleet consists of 207 passenger and cargo planes flying on 219 routes, including 186 international and 36 domestic ones.
It has offices in Lviv, Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Simferopol and Kyiv.
