Ukraine exports electricity worth $53.2 m in January
Ukraine in January 2013 exported electricity worth $53.155 million and imported electricity worth $170,000, reads a posting on the Web site of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
The report says that electricity worth 422.571 million was delivered to Hungary, power worth $21.747 million to Belarus, power worth $4.293 million to Moldova, and electricity worth $4.544 million was supplied to other countries.
Ukraine in January 2013 imported electricity worth $169,000 from Russia and electricity worth $1,000 from Moldova.
As reported, in 2012, Ukraine exported electricity worth $574.819 million and imported electricity worth $5.675 million.
Last year electricity worth $231.442 million was supplied to Belarus, $224.251 million to Hungary, $52.737 million to Moldova and $66.389 million to other countries. Ukraine imported electricity worth $5.042 million from Russia and electricity worth $634,000 from Moldova.
