Ukreximbank placing up to $500 m in eurobonds - source
Ukraine's state export-import bank (Ukreximbank) is placing up to $500 million in five-year eurobonds, a source with knowledge of the deal has told Interfax.
Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley are arranging the deal. The coupon yield could be more than 8% per annum.
According to information of another source, the sum of the issue could exceed $500 million.
Ukreximbank was founded in 1992. According to the National Bank of Ukraine, it was the third largest bank among the 176 banks operating in the country as of July 1, 2012 in terms of overall assets (UAH 75.543 billion).
At present, the bank's 2014 eurobonds in hryvnias, worth UAH 2.385 billion ($300 million), 2015 eurobonds worth $750 million, and 2016 eurobonds worth $125 million are in circulation.
