Government to increase Naftogaz's charter capital by UAH 8 b via issuing sovereign bonds
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to increase the charter capital of the National JSC Naftogaz Ukrainy by UAH 8 billion through issuing sovereign bonds.
This is stipulated in the government's instruction No. 12 dated January 9, 2013.
The capitalization of the company envisages the issuing of sovereign bonds and payment for the company's new shares using them.
The bonds will be issued for up to five years with an annual yield of 14.3%.
