IMF mission to arrive in Ukraine on January 24, says NBU
A mission of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) will arrive in Kyiv for talks with the authorities on January 24, the newly appointed Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) Ihor Sorkin has said.
"We will work for results... We will discuss things," Sorkin said during his official introduction to the NBU staff on Friday.
As reported, with reference to the IMF's representative office in Ukraine, the visit of the IMF mission was postponed until the second half of January at Ukraine's request.
