Real income of Ukrainians 13.5% up in Q3, 2012, nominal - 14.2% up, says Statistics Service
The real income of the public, determined according to the price factor, in July-September 2012 increased by 13.5% compared to the same period of 2011, the State Statistics Service said on Friday.
According to the report, the income of Ukrainian citizens, which could be used for purchase of goods and services, in the third quarter of this year rose by 13.5%.
According to the State Statistics Service, nominal income of the public for the period increased by 14.2% compared to the same period last year.
Income per capita in the period amounted to UAH 6,618.7, which is UAH 802.3 up from the third quarter of 2011.
Expenditures of the population in this period of the current year grew by 14.7% compared to the same period last year. The increase in savings totaled UAH 37.946 billion.
