Final investment decision made for South Stream in Slovenia
Gazprom and Slovenian company Plinovodi d.o.o. have signed a judgment by the participants in South Stream Slovenia to render a positive final investment decision on the construction of the South Stream gas pipeline on Slovenian territory, an Interfax correspondent reported from the signing ceremony.
Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller, Plinovodi d.o.o. CEO Marjan Eberlinc and the Slovenian company's Deputy CEO Sarah Jezernik signed the document in the presence of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Jansa.
In addition, Miller and Comita d.d. Vice President Aljosa Ivancic signed the constituent documents (a shareholder agreement and a charter) for the joint venture South Stream Telecom AG between CJSC Gazprom Telecom and JSC Cometa.
