Government working on program to provide shipyards with orders, says Azarov

The government of Ukraine is working on the implementation of a large-scale program for providing Ukrainian engineering enterprises and shipyards with orders, Ukrainian Prime Minister and Chairman of the Regions Party Mykola Azarov has said.

"We're working on the implementation of a large-scale program to provide our engineering plants, including shipyards, with orders," he said in an interview with Mykolaiv Regional Television and Radio Company on Friday.

He said the implementation of this program is necessary, as the world is suffering from an economic crisis and demand for Ukrainian products is dropping.
