State budget 2013 to foresee money for building bridge in Kherson, Yanukovych says
Financing for the building of a bridge in Kherson will be allocated in the 2013 state budget, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has said.
"Next year this [bridge] will be definitely included in the state budget. We'll finish this project," the head of the state told the journalists in Kherson.
The building of the road bridge along railway lines near Beryslavske Shosse and Zalaegerszeg Street in Kherson is to improve the city's communications.
According to the project, the overall length of the road will be 2 kilometers, and its traffic capacity will total 2,000 vehicles per hour. The building of the bridge started on June 15, 2012. The state fund for regional development has already spent UAH 8.1 million on the project.
