Combined Russian attack knocks out power to several regions – Acting energy minster
As result of the ninth massive attack by the Russian Federation on the energy sector since the beginning of the year, consumers in the Rivne, Ternopil and Khmelnytsky regions were almost completely without electricity as of Tuesday morning, Acting Minister of Energy Artem Nekrasov said.
In addition, according to him, there are also power outages due to shelling in Vinnytsia, Chernihiv, Zhytomyr regions and in Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions.
Emergency power outages are in effect in most regions of Ukraine.
