Ministry of Economy reviewing National Cashback program to adjust conditions for 2026
The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture is evaluating the "National Cashback" program to revise its terms for next year, Minister Oleksiy Sobolev said.
"As we agreed last year, we are reviewing the program’s first year to assess how it works across sectors and to shape more precise program conditions for next year," he said in response to a question about extending the program during the forum " Revival of Ukraine: Quality Institutions and Economic Security," held Monday in Kyiv.
As previously reported, 1,885 companies have joined the National Cashback program, and compensation remains available to new participants: the total number of producers and sellers taking part has risen to 1,885. The program provides a 10% refund on purchases of Ukrainian-made goods, with a maximum cashback of UAH 3,000 per month.
At the end of November the government significantly narrowed the list of categories on which funds loaded to cards issued under the program can be spent. National Cashback (or funds from the "Winter eSupport" program) can now be used for utility bills, medicines, books, postal services or charity.
