Nova Poshta increases revenue by 21.3% in Q1 but net profit falls by 41%
Nova Poshta, Ukraine's leading express delivery company, increased its net revenue by 21.3% year-on-year in January-March 2025, reaching UAH 11.85 billion.
However, as reported in the SMIDA public disclosure system, the company's net profit for the first quarter fell by 41.2% to UAH 290.29 million.
Long-term bank loans grew by UAH 26.98 million compared to Q1 2024, reaching UAH 5.074 billion. As of March 31, Nova Poshta's total outstanding bank loans amounted to UAH 6.635 billion.
Its debt obligations from securities on the reporting date totaled UAH 1.99 billion, including UAH 995.82 million in Series E bonds and UAH 998.45 million in Series F bonds, both issued on April 26, 2024.
In the first quarter of 2025, the company delivered 106.6 million parcels totaling UAH 11.85 billion in value.
