Grain exports in first decade of March exceed one mln tonnes - Agrarian Ministry

As of March 10, Ukraine exported 30.169 million tonnes of grain and leguminous crops since the beginning of the 2024-2025 marketing year (July-June), of which 1.051 million tonnes were shipped since the beginning of the current month, the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food reported, citing data from the State Customs Service.

According to the report, as of March 13 last year, the total shipment figure was 31.887 million tonnes, including 2.217 million tonnes in March.

At the same time, since the beginning of the current season, 12.319 million tonnes of wheat have been exported (in 2023/2024 MY – 12.761 million tonnes), 2.136 million tonnes of barley (1.782 million tonnes), 10,800 tonnes of rye (1,000d tonnes), 15.269 million tonnes of corn (17.059 million tonnes).

The total export of Ukrainian flour since the beginning of the season as of March 10 is estimated at 49,600 tonnes (in 2023/2024 MY – 75,700 tonnes), including 45,800 tonnes of wheat (71,900 tonnes).
