Ukraine, Mauritius sign visa waiver agreement – MFA
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Regional Integration and International Trade Maneesh Gobin, during a meeting on Thursday, August 8, signed a visa-free agreement between Ukraine and the Republic of Mauritius, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reports.
It is expected that at the current stage, the visa-free agreement will primarily facilitate the travel of Mauritian investors and businessmen to Ukraine to find new job opportunities.
"After the war, the agreement will contribute to an increase in the number of Ukrainian tourists in Mauritius. The agreement will enter into force after the completion of internal procedures in both states," the Foreign Ministry said.
