Ukraine withdraws from CIS agreement on cooperation to ensure uniformity of time, frequency measurements

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved Ukraine's withdrawal from the agreement within the framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) on cooperation to ensure the uniformity of time and frequency measurements.

As representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk said on Telegram, the corresponding decision was made at a government meeting on Tuesday.

The decision implemented Ukraine's withdrawal from the agreement on cooperation to ensure the uniformity of time and frequency measurements, which was signed in Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan) on October 9, 1992. It is noted that this will contribute to the actualization of Ukraine's participation in the contractual legal framework within the CIS, taking into account the current state of relations.
